Nicole Hoefer-Wirwas, founder and creative coach at BOOST. She graduated as a Systemic Coach at atop Institut an der Humboldt-Universität Berlin.
Nicole leads the BOOST workshops for ideation, creative conception, team creativity, look & feel and creative strategy.

Since 2002 Nicole is a member of the Art Directors Club Germany, where she gives seminars on ideation, creative techniques and creative strategy.
​
She is also a lecturer in creativity at the AD School Zurich and is on the founding advisory board of the Jung von Matt Academy Hamburg.
​
After studying graphic design at the University of Applied Sciences in Mainz, Nicole worked for the creative agencies Jung von Matt Hamburg and Heimat Berlin. In addition to her work as a creative coach and systemic coach, Nicole works as a freelance creative director for agencies and companies.
She’s gained further experience as a lecturer at – among others – the Berlin University of the Arts, the Fresenius University of Cologne and Augsburg University of Applied Sciences.

In summer 2020 Nicole graduated at Yale University with Yale’s The Science of Well-Being course.

Nicole and Imke learnt their craft at the best communication agencies in Germany, before setting up their own business as freelance creative directors and creative trainers.

The challenges of the fast-paced creative industry inspired them to develop a modular system of creative and strategic tools that enable better ideas faster.

During BOOST seminars and workshops, they galvanise the innovative output of individuals and teams, by teaching creative techniques and team building.
