Your company is repositioning itself and your team with it. The goal is flatter hierarchies and more efficient collaboration. However, change cannot be dictated, it has to be shaped together. How can change be achieved with the team, not imposed on it?

Employees and colleagues who are involved early on accept change more quickly. The BOOST workshop provides a chance for everyone involved to perceive themselves in a new way, to break up old structures and to create new processes together. The team is rebuilding itself from within.

Aided by creative techniques, the team defines its core. Associations, ideas and stories help colleagues develop their common Guiding Idea, which enables a more focussed definition of the company and their work. This Guiding Idea creates a concise internal and external identification, which can then be used for communications.
